Frank & I have worked together since we met.  Then we had our children and I became a full time Mom.  When he became a Realtor, I helped him out in his office once the kids started school full time.  We have been building a successful Real Estate business together for 13 years.  I am also a licensed Realtor but what I enjoy most, is that I am his office manager which consists of handling the listings, advertising and closings.   

FRANK NAPOLI II

Growing up in a real estate family broadened my horizons as to which career I would choose for my life. When I graduated high school five years ago, I decided to get my real estate license and I'm glad I did.  Not only do I have the privilege of working in such a strong real estate market, I am working side by side with a team of such talented and professional people. CARL FREDERICKSEN

First licensed as a real estate salesman in New York in 1976, Carl has been a resident of Las Vegas since 1981. Obtaining a degree in Business from the University of Colorado at Boulder, most of Carl's professional career has been as a business owner. Carl joined up with Frank Napoli in 2002 and now as a Broker/Salesman, shares management responsibilities for the team.

CHARLENE AMATO

I have been a Las Vegas resident for the past 11 years. Working with the Napoli Team became a reality this past year. Previously, I worked in the New home Sales market. JOY MANDEKIC

Joy Mandekic has resided in Las Vegas for 25 years and joined the Napoli Team in February of 2002. In the first nine months of 2003 she has participated in the sale of 2.5 million dollars of residential property . Joy specializes in Henderson/Green Valley area.
